A planner by profession, a writer at heart and an entrepreneur in spirit, Kashyap Pandya is the Founder & Director of Syncoro Ventures Private Limited. An Engineer+MBA by qualification, Kashyap has over 20+ years of experience in providing Brand Strategy & Business Planning to leading corporate clients in India and abroad. Kashyap has developed multiple proprietary business management tools like “K-CELL Business Planning Framework”, “K-CELL Brand Positioning Grid”, “K-CELL 9X Pharmaceutical Brand Positioning Matrix“, “K-CELL 5C Digital Marketing Model”, “Idea Quotient (IQ) Test”, K-CELL Personal Branding CODE” & “Likeability Quotient (LQ)”. He believes that a marketer’s job is to keep brands interesting.

Kashyap started his career in the year 2000 with an Indian e-commerce company, Ideasnyou.com. His first entrepreneurial venture, Synapse – started in 2002, is currently a leading healthcare communications company in India. Over a decade later, he moved on to start his second venture K-CELL Consulting, a strategic marketing & brand consulting company, before starting Syncoro Ventures Private Limited in 2018.

Kashyap is the author of best-selling book “From Idea to Action – The Art of Writing a Business Plan” that simplifies the journey of writing a business plan and provides a road map about how to put your idea into action. Abhishek Mittal, Advisory Board Member

A proven team leader with solution orientation and analytical skills, Abhishek Mittal spearheads Strategic Financial Planning & Advisory services. A Chartered Accountant (CA) & a Company Secretary (CS) by qualification, Abhishek has 10+ years of experience in providing Internal Audit Services, Risk Management, Due Diligence Reviews, Systems Analysis & Design, Cost Reduction Management and Financial Re-engineering. Abhishek was a Chairman of Surat Branch of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India in 2017. When he is not reviewing company’s balance sheet and other financials reports, he is busy exploring newer technology & trends like that can be adopted to enhance business efficiency.

Vinay Vedak, Senior Consultant

Vinay Vedak is a senior finance professional with 25+ years of experience working with leading mutual funds, banks and insurance companies. A commerce graduate from the prestigious R A Podar College of Commerce Mumbai, Vinay has worked on diverse assignments including Financial Reconciliation, Tax Audit, IT Security Audit and Debt & Equity Fundraising. A self-driven Software & IT enthusiast, Vinay has been part of Audit teams for setting up computer assisted audit techniques (on MS Excel VBA platform) in the Financial Services Segment. In his leisure time, Vinay writes dark-poetry in Marathi and spends time with his dog at his ancentral home on weekends to retain his connect with the rural India.
